We’re looking for a PMO Reporting Analyst to join the team and help us bring structure, insight and meaningful reporting to life across our capital portfolio.
As PMO Reporting Analyst, you’ll take the lead on collating and interpreting data from across the Capital Program and Integrated Capital Group (ICG), transforming it into reporting that’s insightful, accurate and meaningful for senior stakeholders.
You'll play a key role in standardising reporting processes, improving business unit performance through better reporting practices, and providing timely, high-quality program updates. You’ll also help build the PMO’s reporting capability and contribute to a culture of data-informed decision-making.

Key responsibilities:
- Own the collation, interpretation and analysis of Capital Program data and ensure ongoing, high-quality program reporting.
- Work closely with business units and project teams to understand reporting needs and help them interpret and improve their reporting performance.
- Design and develop reports and dashboards that clearly answer business questions and support project governance.
- Implement and maintain a standardised reporting calendar and distribution process across the organisation.
- Produce key reporting deliverables including:
- Capital Board Management reports
- Capital Sub-Committee and Steering Committee reports
- Cash flow and accrual reporting
- Audit reports for EOFY accounts and impairments
- Project-specific and Business Unit end-of-month reporting
- Collaborate with Project Control Managers to analyse project baselines, activities and schedules, and ensure reporting aligns with program milestones and timelines.
- Support the maintenance of the BI environment and contribute to pipeline project tracking and scheduling.
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in PMO or program reporting roles, ideally within major infrastructure environments.
- You’re confident in your ability to interpret complex data, spot trends, and communicate findings in a clear, concise way.
- You’re proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable working across a wide range of stakeholders.
- You bring strong knowledge of project governance, quality assurance and risk management principles.
- You’re proficient in tools like Excel, SharePoint, and ideally Aconex or BI platforms.
- You’re aligned with APAC’s values and committed to high-quality, collaborative delivery.
