We currently have an exciting new opportunity for a proactive and flexible IOC Learning & Administration Coordinator to join our Aviation Operations team on a part time (4 days a week) fixed term contract.
The IOC Learning & Administration Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the Integrated Operations Centre (IOC) by coordinating training, compliance and administrative activities that ensure operational readiness and capability across the team.
Working closely with IOC leadership, this role is responsible for maintaining accurate training records, monitoring compliance requirements and delivering and coordinating learning programs aligned to operational procedures and regulatory standards.
The position acts as a central point of coordination for IOC learning and administration, contributing to a safe, compliant and high-performing operational environment. Through proactive support, reporting and stakeholder engagement, the role enables the IOC to effectively respond to the dynamic demands of a 24/7 airport operation.

Key responsibilities:
The role's duties and accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate and deliver IOC-specific training including inductions and recurrent training.
- Maintain and update learning materials to ensure alignment with operational procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and implement improvements to training based on operational feedback and performance insights.
- Maintain effective document control processes for IOC procedures, ensuring all Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs) and related documentation are current, accurate and accessible.
- Coordinate the review, update and approval cycle of IOC SOPs in line with operational, safety and regulatory requirements.
- Support compliance with aviation safety, security and regulatory requirements through accurate documentation and record management.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to IOC leadership and team.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to align training requirements across the IOC.
- Support the communication of updates, procedural changes and compliance requirements across the IOC.
- Ensure all activities align with aviation safety, security and regulatory standards.
- Promote a strong safety and compliance culture within the IOC.
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in aviation operations or a similar dynamic operational environment.
- Demonstrated experience in training coordination, compliance tracking or administrative support roles.
- Working knowledge of operational procedures, safety and regulatory requirements within an aviation or comparable industry.
- Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and reporting tools, with strong data accuracy capability.
- Highly developed organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a 24/7 environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work across multiple operational teams.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
