Maryborough District Health Service is seeking a Leisure & Lifestyle Assistant to join our team at Avoca Nursing Home. In this rewarding role, you’ll help create meaningful experiences for residents through engaging activities that support their physical, social, cultural and emotional wellbeing.

Working as part of a supportive lifestyle team, you’ll deliver individual and group programs, assist with outings and celebrations, and help foster a warm, homelike environment where residents feel valued, connected and supported.
