Applications for Enrolled Nurse Level 3 are to be made via our online recruitment process, prior to the closing date. Interviews will be held within 10 days of the closure of applications, and staff will be notified in writing of the outcome within 7 days after the interview.
As per the Nurses & Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) Single Interest Employer Enterprise Agreement 2024-2028, any nurses wishing to apply for EN3 must follow the below application processes.
Enrolled Nurse Level 3 Advancement
The EN3 classification acknowledges the enhanced skills and practice of EN's who are working in an advanced capacity in their workplace, including: medication administration qualifications, utilising skills gained from advanced units of study and/or participating in professional development opportunities in the workplace under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).
