We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our customer excellence team on a fixed-term 80 hour fortnight contract. You'll be working at our Urgent Care Unit as well as across all our Customer Excellence departments from Monday to Friday between 10.00 - 1830

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Provide a high standard of clerical and administrative support to the nursing setting as required. 
  • Screening and responding to a range of confidential requests and enquiries that come through our department, ensuring timely and appropriate follow up
  • Establish, maintain and update computerised office and information management systems applicable to the service. 
  • Greeting and assisting clients in a professional and prompt manner
