Maryborough District Health Service (MDHS) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Allied Health Manager to lead our multidisciplinary Allied Health Team during an exciting time of transformation of our health service.

This pivotal role champions care coordination principles, ensuring clients and patients receive seamless, integrated health care and community support. As part of the MDHS Leadership Team, you’ll work closely with the Director of Allied Health to foster safe, evidence-informed practices and drive continuous quality improvement across our services.

In this role, you’ll oversee operational functions such as:

  • Recruitment, rostering, performance reviews, and strategic planning.
  • You’ll also spearhead service development initiatives, including securing sustainable funding, conducting program evaluations, and nurturing key partnerships.
  • Provide clinical leadership, facilitate supervision and student placements, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely, person-centred care.
