Director of Nursing opportunity for experienced nursing leader to join MDHS.

  • Relevant healthcare qualification and current professional registration
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in implementing quality improvement initiatives
  • Knowledge of healthcare accreditation standards and compliance frameworks
  • Postgraduate qualifications in healthcare management or related field
  • Experience with risk management and incident reporting systems
  • Background in curriculum development and adult learning principles
  • Familiarity with electronic health records and quality management systems
  • Previous experience in aged care facility management
