Essential Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in leading patient safety and quality improvement teams
• Previous experience leading clinical education programs
• Thorough knowledge of Aged Care sector requirements and regulations
• Relevant healthcare qualification and current professional registration
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in implementing quality improvement initiatives
• Knowledge of healthcare accreditation standards and compliance frameworks
• Postgraduate qualifications in healthcare management or related field
• Experience with risk management and incident reporting systems
• Background in curriculum development and adult learning principles
• Familiarity with electronic health records and quality management systems
• Previous experience in aged care facility management
