Permanent Full Time – 80 hours per fortnight

Maryborough District Health Service (MDHS) is seeking a values-driven leader to head our Medical Imaging Department in our newly opened hospital. This is a rare opportunity to shape a high-quality, patient-centred imaging service in a modern, purpose-built environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a dynamic team, embedding a positive culture and service excellence
  • Oversee operations, accreditation, and strategic direction of the imaging unit

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in healthcare or allied health
  • Strong communication, team development, and change management skills
