About the Role

This is a rewarding opportunity for a confident and supportive nurse leader who enjoys working collaboratively with staff and providing guidance across clinical areas. You will be responsible for coordinating after-hours operations, supporting staff, and ensuring high standards of patient and resident care are maintained.

About You

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Registered Nurse with:

• Experience in leadership and aged care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A supportive and team-focused approach
• The ability to provide guidance and assistance to staff after hours
• Confidence to manage and coordinate the service in the absence of senior management
