About the Role
This is a rewarding opportunity for a confident and supportive nurse leader who enjoys working collaboratively with staff and providing guidance across clinical areas. You will be responsible for coordinating after-hours operations, supporting staff, and ensuring high standards of patient and resident care are maintained.
About You
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Registered Nurse with:
- Experience in leadership and aged care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A supportive and team-focused approach
- The ability to provide guidance and assistance to staff after hours
- Confidence to manage and coordinate the service in the absence of senior management
- A commitment to delivering safe, person-centred care
