We are seeking a passionate and innovative Lifestyle Assistant to join our dynamic team. You will work closely with residents to implement and evaluate engaging lifestyle programs that promote health, wellbeing and social connection.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Certificate IV or higher in Leisure & Health or Diversional Therapy (desirable), or minimum Cert III in Aged Care (PCA) and willingness to undertake further study
- Passion for working with seniors and enhancing quality of life
- Strong collaboration skills to work as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Creativity and innovation in program development
- Attention to detail with documentation and care plans
We are located in the beautiful Central Goldfields and Pyrenees regions, with many scenic areas to explore. We are also conveniently situated just 50 minutes from Ballarat and Bendigo, and 2 hours from Melbourne.
