We are seeking internal applicants for the role of Head Chef to cover annual leave during February - March 2026. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a leadership role and contribute to our kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality meals and services for our patients, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily kitchen operations.
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and hospital standards.
- Be able to work in a hands-on role to cover cooking shifts when required
- Collaborating with dietitians and clinical teams as required.
