The Food and Domestic Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of activities relating to food and domestic services, laundry, and accommodation across all MDHS campuses. This role ensures that resources, staff, and activities within support services are carried out to maintain best practice standards and that all team members have the necessary tools to complete their jobs effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate food services operations across multiple MDHS campuses
- Oversee domestic services including cleaning and maintenance activities
- Manage laundry services and ensure quality standards are met
- Supervise accommodation services and facilities
- Ensure all support services follow best practice guidelines
- Provide leadership and support to team members
- Monitor resource allocation and staff deployment
- Maintain service quality standards across all areas
Requirements
- Experience in coordinating multiple service areas
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Knowledge of food service operations and safety standards
- Understanding of domestic services and facility management
- Excellent communication and team management abilities
- Ability to work across multiple campus locations
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
