We are seeking a talented, enthusiastic After Hours Coordinator to join our amazing team! In this role, you will:
- Provide leadership and support to our teams
- Respond to clinical and non clinical emergencies
- Coordinate staffing to meet service needs
- Facilitate and support patient flow, working both with internal and external stakeholders
The ideal candidate will have:
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Strong leadership skills or willingness to develop your skills further
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
