We're looking for a dedicated Executive Assistant to join our Care Directorate team and work alongside our Executive Director of Care (Chief Nurse and Midwife). This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in supporting the delivery of exceptional patient care across our organization.

In this collaborative role, you'll be at the heart of our Care Directorate, helping to coordinate executive functions and ensuring our strategic, operational, and governance priorities are met. We believe in working together to achieve our shared mission of providing high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Executive Assistant, you'll be instrumental in supporting the effective functioning of the Care Directorate through:

  • Managing executive schedules and coordinating complex diary arrangements
  • Preparing comprehensive reports and briefing materials
  • Coordinating meetings and committees to ensure smooth operations
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting the Executive Director of Care in leading strategic initiatives
  • Facilitating communication across all levels of the organization
  • Assisting with governance activities and compliance requirements

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
