Are you a Registered Nurse looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference in people's lives? We're seeking a passionate and dedicated RN to join our District Nursing team providing hospital-level care directly to patients in their homes. This is a unique opportunity to:

  • Work with a diverse range of clients in the community

  • Specialize in wound care, medication administration, catheterization, CVAD care, and patient assessment

Our District Nursing team provides person-centered care for patients who require continued treatment after hospital discharge. We partner closely with hospitals, primary care providers, and specialists to ensure seamless transitions and positive health outcomes.
