Ready to make a real impact in healthcare? Join our dynamic People and Culture team as a Senior Workforce Business Partner and become the trusted advisor that shapes positive workplace experiences across our health service!

Your Responsibilities include:

  • Provision of contemporary best-in-class consultancy service on a range of People matters including performance management, conflict resolution and talent retention.
  • Undertake a key role in leading P&C processes, including resource requests, recruitment and selection, classification evaluation, redeployment and P&C analytics to provide evidence-based reporting.
  • Advice and support to business areas on change management processes.
  • Develop and maintaining a positive relationship with unions, industry associations and state-based public sector organisations as required.
  • Contribute to sector-wide projects, including working collaboratively with stakeholders at other public hospitals across Victoria.

You will bring the following:

  • Undergraduate Degree in Business, Management, Psychology or Law ideally with major in Human Resource Management or demonstrated significant experience in a People and Culture business partnering role.
  • Positive record of success in delivering people management advice in complex, multi-site environments (health services preferred, not essential).
  • Previous experience liaising with external stakeholders such as Unions and other employee associations and representatives.
  • A sound understanding of contemporary HR practices and approaches, people and culture procedures and their application with the Victorian Public Sector.
