We are seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to provide exceptional high-level executive and administrative support to the Executive Director of Finance and Corporate Services and the Executive Director of People and Capability. This position plays a vital role in contributing to the efficient operation of the corporate directorates at MDHS.

Key Responsibilities

In this important role, you will support the coordination of executive activities across the corporate directorates and organisational support functions through:

  • Managing complex schedules and calendars
  • Preparing comprehensive reports and correspondence
  • Coordinating meetings and committees
  • Facilitating effective communication between the directorate and internal / external stakeholders

About the Role

As our Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the Executive Directors are well-supported to effectively deliver on critical organisational priorities.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior leadership while making a meaningful contribution to the strategic operations of our organisation. You will be an integral part of ensuring smooth communication flows and efficient administrative processes that enable our executive team to focus on delivering exceptional outcomes for MDHS.
