Permanent Part-Time - 60 hours per fortnight
We are seeking an Administration Assistant to join our Customer Excellence Team with hours available in our Dunolly Aged Care Campus department - Mondays to Fridays 800 - 1430
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining accurate patient data and records
- Ability to work flexibly across departments when required (Aged Care, Acute Ward, Medical Imaging, etc.) and campuses (Maryborough, Dunolly, Avoca, St Arnaud)
- Upholding patient privacy by handling confidential information appropriately
- Having strong organisational abilities and attention to detail to ensure data accuracy
- Having excellent communication skills to liaise with various consumers
- Greet and assist patients, clients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
- Ensuring booking processes are accurate, timely and in accordance with office procedures
