We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our Customer Excellence team on a permanent 48hr fortnight contract. You will be working at our Main Reception as well as across all our Customer Excellence departments from Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 8:30 to 1700.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Screening and responding to a range of confidential requests and enquiries that come through our reception, ensuring timely and appropriate follow up
- Greeting and assisting clients in a professional and prompt manner
