Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse looking to make a difference in your local community? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join the Medical Imaging team at Maryborough District Health Services.
In this rewarding Grade 2 Registered Nurse role, you will:
- Provide caring support and reassurance to patients undergoing Medical Imaging procedures
- Expertly insert intravenous cannulas and assist with safe administration of intravenous contrast for CT scans
- Help minimize patient risk by monitoring for and immediately treating any contrast reactions or complications
- Follow all relevant Medical Imaging policies and procedures to ensure high quality care
To apply for this position, you will need to be registered with AHPRA and have completed intravenous cannulation training. We welcome nurses who are ALS and anaphylaxis trained, although we're happy to provide any necessary training for the right candidate.
