Allied Health Director
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Allied Health Director to lead our team of allied health professionals, such as physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, dietitians, and social workers. As the Allied Health Director, you will be responsible for:
- Providing strategic leadership and direction for the allied health services
- Promoting evidence-based best practices and enhancing service delivery
- Integrating allied health services with other clinical and operational functions
- Managing and supporting the professional development of team members
- Overseeing team performance, budgets, regulatory compliance, and continuous quality improvement initiatives
The ideal candidate will be an accomplished leader able to inspire a team to deliver innovative, high-quality, patient-centered care. You will have proven experience in managing healthcare professionals in a complex organization along with strong business acumen, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
