Fixed Term Contract - Full-Time 76 hours per fortnight

The Change Lead will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of the Maryborough District Health Service ICT Alliance Transition Project.

The role is responsible for driving adoption, minimising resistance, and maximising engagement across all levels of the organisation for application systems changes resulting from the move in ICT Alliances from Loddon Mallee to Grampians Regions. The Change Lead will work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure the transition is embraced and sustained, ultimately improving collaboration, communication, and operational efficiency across the health service.
