The Medical Day Unit and Casual Pool at MDHS are seeking suitably experienced registered nurses to join our dialysis team on a casual basis. As part of the casual pool, you will also have opportunities to explore all that MDHS has to offer across multiple clinical contexts including urgent care, acute inpatient nursing, perioperative and recovery, community nursing and aged care.

About you:

  • Minimum one year experience in haemodialysis
  • Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion for providing person-centred care in a rural healthcare environment
  • Flexibility to work at short notice

The Medical Day Unit encompasses specialist dialysis, oncology and medical infusion services, with a focus on providing high quality, person-centred care to our local community.

We work collaboratively with health facilities across Bendigo, Ballarat and Melbourne to provide our dialysis service, with access to a diverse range of professional development opportunities and experiences.
