We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented nurse leader to join our perioperative team as an Associate Nurse Unit Manager.

In this role, you'll work closely with the NUM to ensure theatre sessions run smoothly and efficiently, proactively troubleshooting issues as they arise.

This is a fixed-term, part-time contract from 9 June to 7 July 2025, with a fortnightly commitment of 72 hours. It’s a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in nurse unit management within a supportive and collaborative environment.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Demonstrate advanced clinical skills and knowledge
  • Role model exceptional nursing practice and patient-centred care
  • Build cooperative relationships across multidisciplinary teams
  • Display strong leadership qualities and managerial capability
  • Hold current AHPRA registration and relevant clinical experience
