We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pastoral Care Worker to join our team. In this role, you will:

  • Provide emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual support to residents, patients, and staff going through difficult personal situations
  • Guide people in a non-judgmental way as they work through issues related to illness, loss, relationships, abuse, depression, anxiety, addiction, and more
  • Be a caring presence during times of struggle - listen, counsel, pray, provide resources, and empower people to find inner strength
  • Build trust and rapport with people from diverse faiths and backgrounds
