The Senior Executive Assistant provides high-level executive, administrative and strategic support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Board of Directors Chair and contributes to the effective functioning of the Executive Office.
This role is responsible for managing complex scheduling, preparing high-quality reports and correspondence, coordinating governance and board-related processes, and ensuring efficient communication across executive leadership, internal departments, government agencies and external stakeholders.
The Senior Executive Assistant acts as a trusted liaison and plays a key role in supporting organisational priorities, strategic initiatives, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and review high-level correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials
- Coordinate board meetings, governance processes, and executive committee activities
- Serve as primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion
- Support strategic planning initiatives and organisational projects as required
- Facilitate communication and coordination across executive leadership team
- Maintain filing systems, databases, and administrative processes
