Your responsibilities include:

  • Provide accurate and timely preparation and processing of the fortnightly payroll in all aspects of payroll administration.
  • Maintain and update records with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Manage security screening compliance including National Police Certificates, WWC, NDIS checks.
  • Provide ongoing training to leaders in the management of rostering and other HR systems, including Kronos (Dimensions).
  • Ensure data and system information is maintained and accurate at all times.
  • Manage a broad range of confidential and sensitive enquiries including emails, telephone and in-person requests and ensure appropriate and timely follow up action is taken.
  • Assist with the review and implementation of updated systems, policies and processes.

You will bring:

  • Capability to work within tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated customer service ethic & exceptional communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic and motivated approach with a pleasant and caring attitude to all customers of our services.
  • Demonstrated computer literacy across a range of software packages including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & database applications with Advanced Excel skills.
  • Exposure to HRIS and rostering systems as well as previous experience in a HR/finance environment within a healthcare setting would be advantageous.
