We are seeking a Casual Administration Assistant to join our Customer Excellence Team across multiple departments and campuses. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience across Maryborough District Health Service while upholding excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining accurate patient data and records
- Working flexibly across departments (Aged Care, Acute Ward, Medical Imaging, etc.) and campuses (Maryborough, Dunolly, Avoca, St Arnaud)
- Upholding patient privacy by handling confidential information appropriately
- Having strong organisational abilities and attention to detail to ensure data accuracy
- Having excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders
- Ensuring booking processes are accurate, timely and in accordance with office procedures
The successful applicant must be flexible as you will gain experience in multiple areas across Maryborough District Health Service.
Assisting with Christmas and New Year Holiday leave coverage is desired but not mandatory.
