The Leisure and Lifestyle Assistant encourages individual residents to remain independent and to participate in a wide variety of meaningful activities which support their needs, goals and preferences that promotes their quality of life.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver engaging and inclusive lifestyle and wellbeing programs
- Provide personalised one on one support to residents
- Assist with developing, reviewing, and evaluating wellbeing care plans
- Ensure every resident and stakeholder receives an exceptional experience
- Work closely with clinical teams to support holistic resident wellbeing
Things that matter to us
- Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle; or
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing)
- Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations and 2026 Flu Vaccination
- NDIS Clearance Check, children's check
- Current and Valid Drivers Licence
- Eligibility to work in Australia
