We are seeking an exceptional Campus Manager/Director of Nursing to lead our care team at the Avoca campus. You will be responsible for managing all clinical, non-clinical, and financial operations to ensure residents receive outstanding person-centered care.
In this critical leadership role, you will:
- Provide strategic direction and mentorship to staff across all departments
- Promote a culture of transparency, continuous improvement, and clinical excellence
- Oversee business performance metrics and healthcare resource allocation
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders to drive collaboration
- Empower your team through coaching, training, and professional development
- Ensure care plans and services meet the unique needs of every individual
- Champion resident-directed care and shared decision making
- Implement systems to deliver safe, high-quality, culturally-appropriate care
- Identify and lead new initiatives aligned with aged care reforms
