About the Role:
As an ANUM, you will work closely with the Nurse Unit Manager to provide clinical leadership, support, and direction to nursing staff. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of care, ensuring operational efficiency, and fostering a positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and supervision to nursing and support staff
Assist with rostering, resource management, and day-to-day operations
Ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, and evidence-based care
Support staff development and promote continuous quality improvement
Act as a positive role model in clinical practice and professional conduct
About You:
Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an acute or relevant clinical setting
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to support and motivate a team
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
Commitment to person-centred care and clinical excellence
