Physiotherapist (Grade 3) – Allied Health Leadership Opportunity
Full-Time position available - 80 hours per fortnight with Monthly ADO

You’ll be stepping into a senior leadership position where your influence extends well beyond Physiotherapy. Working closely with the Primary Care Centre Manager, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening capability across the entire Allied Health team.
From inpatient and outpatient care to aged care and community programs, your work will directly impact the health outcomes of a diverse and close-knit community.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead the Physiotherapy service and drive clinical excellence across the organisation
- Mentor and develop Physiotherapists, Allied Health Assistants, and students
- Apply advanced clinical reasoning across complex and varied caseloads
- Champion innovative models of care to meet evolving community needs
- Deliver and support community-based programs, including chronic disease management and group classes
- Partner with leadership to shape strategy, improve services, and build capability across Allied Health
- Drive quality improvement, research, and evidence-based practice
