About Mansfield District Hospital (MDH)

Located just two hours from Melbourne in Victoriaโ€™s stunning high country, Mansfield District Hospital is a vibrant rural health service offering acute, urgent, maternity, aged care, district nursing, and allied health services.

Our residential aged care facility, Buckland House, is a recently refurbished 24-bed nursing home providing high-quality, person-centred care in a warm, home-like environment. Connected directly to MDH, Buckland House benefits from 24/7 emergency care access and a dedicated team committed to supporting residents and their families through every stage of care.

At our other Aged Care facility, Bindaree, we offer a friendly, comfortable, homelike environment. Each has courtyards and beautiful gardens, large communal lounge and entertainment areas and more private areas for when you might seek some quiet time, or to meet with your family and friends.
