About the role:

Mansfield District Hospital has an opportunity for Health Care Workers to be part of our Community Support at Home program. This position involves providing a day-to-day care needs to members of our community, to support their independence, delivering safe, effective, personal and connected care at MDH.

About you:

You will have excellent interpersonal skills, appropriate qualifications and be committed to delivering Great Care to our community. A passion for working with the elderly, flexibility in rostering, a proven ability to prioritise tasks, self-manage and work within a team environment is essential. The successful applicants will have (as a minimum) a Certificate III Individual Support, Aged care or equivalent (a nationally accredited certificate at Australian Quality Framework Level 3 (or equivalent as recognised by the employer) awarded by a Registered Training Organisation). Previous experience working as a Health Care Worker preferred but not essential. This position reports to the Manager of the Support at Home Program
