πΌ About the Program
As part of the Central Hume Graduate Nurse Program, our graduates experience a well-rounded and supportive transition to practice.
We offer:
- 2 Rotation Stream Graduate Positions β 0.8 EFT (4 days per week)
- Rotations in Aged Care and Acute settings
- Individualised support and professional development
- Dedicated Clinical Nurse support 5 days a week
- Clinical Educator available 3 days a week
- Participation in Graduate Nurse Study Days with EN and RN graduates from other regional hospitals
- Leadership skill development within a supportive, team-focused environment
- Unique insight into the rewards and challenges of rural health care

- Current CV β including clinical placement history and two professional/clinical referees (include work email addresses)
- Certified copy of academic transcripts with results legend
- Passport-sized photo
- Two most recent ACUTE (not aged care) clinical placement reports
- Current Police Check, Working With Children Check, and Immunisation History (to be presented at interview)
