The Opportunity:

M&C Saatchi are looking for a dynamic Creative Team (Art Director & Copywriter) with a digital and social-first focus, to share your impact by providing exceptional creative for our clients.

You’ll bring this to life by creating impactful, modern creative solutions - ideas that are effective, strategic, agnostic and transformative for our clients’ business - with a digital and social first lens.

We are open to bringing on an existing team, or individuals that we can partner up.

A snapshot of what you'll do as a team:

  • Drive brilliance in ideas, craft and strategy across all channel touchpoints
  • Ensure that creative work delivers against the brief and brand strategy
  • Develop compelling copy - creatively express and articulate ideas across multiple channels
  • Write engaging and informative content for collateral, including presentations, pitch decks, and promotional materials
  • Storytelling and Content Creation develop creative visual concepts and storylines that effectively convey the campaign ideas, brand's values, mission, and key messages
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and ideate innovative content
  • Create storyboards and visual treatments for shoots
  • Collaborate and contribute to the creative process to deliver world-class, award-winning work

Skills & Attributes:

  • A ‘just do it’ mentality to breaking down barriers or solving problems
  • Self-starter - works well independently and takes responsibility for delivery of projects
  • A people person, with the ability to inspire members across the Agency and broader Group to rally behind creative opportunities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – a confident, persuasive presenter 
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of clients, management and staff
  • Methodical, organised with high attention to craft

Your ideal experience:

  • At least 3 years of creative experience, either in an existing team or solo
  • If in a team, ideally a joint portfolio of work to share or able to share your individual portfolios and how you'd work together in the future
