The Opportunity

As a member of the design team you’ll collaborate with the creative teams to bring campaigns big and small to life with your motion design skills. Working on Everyday Business, you’ll be responsible for conceptualising, designing, and animating visual elements to create compelling and engaging campaign content across various mediums. The ideal candidate possesses a keen eye for digital design, technical proficiency in animation software, and a passion for bringing static visuals to life through dynamic motion.

A snapshot of what you'll do

  • Execute creative ideas through a range of mediums, including animation, motion design and compositing.
  • Collaborate with art directors, writers, designers, social team and production teams to understand project goals and objectives.
  • Develop storyboards or visual scripts outlining the sequence of scenes and actions in animations.
  • Integrate motion graphics seamlessly into videos, advertisements, digital experiences, and other interactive applications.
  • Understand the technical aspects of animation production, including frame rates, resolutions, and compression techniques.
  • Present and explain design concepts and animations to clients, incorporating feedback into the final product.
  • Collaborate with Greenhouse Collective partners to deliver unified solutions.

Skills & Attributes

  • Experience using After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Cinema 4D
  • Strong graphic design aesthetic
  • Strong typography skills
  • Proven ability to design and build amazing digital experiences across the digital spectrum including rich media ads, outdoor display, websites and other digital media.
