Bohemia was founded in 2011 to challenge the definition of media, and the function of a media agency. We do this by harnessing the power of media in all its forms to create profitable customer growth for our clients.

The opportunity:

As a Client Director, you will be the growth partner for your core clients, seeking new opportunities and driving proactive thinking for your clients that will create impact. You will lead your client team's, ensuring every interaction leaves a mark of excellence. Engaging with high-level client stakeholders, you embody Bohemia's unrivalled expertise in client relations. Your role carries substantial weight in ensuring the profitability of your client portfolio, with a focus on commercial success.

A snapshot of what you'll do:

  • Driving growth for your clients and our business.
  • Identify and track revenue opportunities for your clients.
  • Actively lead the Bohemia team in delivering positive client satisfaction scores.
  • Know your clients business and be seen as the trusted partner to your senior client stakeholders. 
  • Total responsibility for leading the client advice and relationship through all interactions.
  • Responsible for writing and leading client management plans with National Client Partner.
  • Leadership of all client interactions with strategy, partnerships & planning.
  • Ability to professionally manage client push back at all client levels when required.
  • Agrees critical timelines with the client (brief) and ensure the process is adhered to across your team.
  • Generate the scope of work if required and seek approval of any non-contract terms.
  • Be the voice of the client in Bohemia during the planning and internal review process.
  • Manages all communications in a timely manner with no request going unnoticed.
  • Lead, inspire and mentor your team.
  • Full responsibility of client specific budgets and the business drivers in achieving these budgets.
