The opportunity - 

The role of Talent Acquisition Coordinator is to partner with the Talent Acquisition team to support our mission to build a diverse team of original thinkers across some of the most recognisable agency brands in the Creative & Media Communications industry in Australia and New Zealand, focusing on our nine businesses (Bohemia, M&C Saatchi, Re, Sports & Entertainment, Yes Agency, ThisFilm, The Source, Greenhouse and M&C Performance). You’ll be the glue that keeps our team humming with candidate centric administrative and project support to our Talent Acquisition team. 

This role is part of M&C Saatchi Group’s People & Culture team where you will play a critical role tasked to focus on the delivery of our candidate experience through the end to end talent attraction and engagement lifecycle. Working in partnership with our Talent Acquisition team, you’ll bring this to life by creating and nurturing targeted talent pools. You’ll manage our Careers Inbox and job advertisements and start to explore their measured efficacy. You’ll get involved in shortlisting and reference checks and contribute to our growth as a team. The growth that helps M&C Saatchi create big ambitions.


A snapshot of what you'll do -

  • Work in partnership with the Talent Acquisition specialist to develop and nurture defined talent pools to increase the direct sourcing capability of the function
  • Proactively seek new ways of sourcing the best skills for the M&C Saatchi Group across Australia and New Zealand 
  • Thoughtfully increase the number of candidates joining the Group from backgrounds outside of direct competitors – help to drive the Groups diversity agenda on each shortlist delivery and support our commitment to delivering an inclusive recruitment experience.
  • Leverage technology to minimise manual touch points in end to end reporting process 
  • Identify and implement continuous process improvements to drive efficiency within the team/business
  • Optimise the use of TA technology to enrich an activated talent community
  • Plus, much more our Talent Team will share the full job description in the interview stage

IDEAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Applied experience in Recruitment and / or a related Human Resources discipline
  • You're tech savvy and have well developed computer skills across Microsoft Office suite (Google a Plus!)
  • Collaborative in approach, you act with curiosity and work to understand the needs of the stakeholders you engage everyday
  • You know that detail matters and are focused in recording accurate and insightful data that informs our decisions
  • You're pragmatic and solutions focused and are well versed in managing your time expectations of delivery
  • You're a lover of learning. You back yourself and believe that the opportunity you take hold of today will shape your tomorrows
  • Natural default to partner with businesses and not perform as a 'transactional recruiter'
  • NB: are also open to chatting if you have a desire to move into recruitment and have transferrable skills and the right attitude!
