The Opportunity

The Project Director will bring a blend of client management and production management experience, and will be responsible for the management of projects across the Agency’s client portfolio as well as support to the wider Account Management team. In this role, you will be key to leading and maintaining high client satisfaction, creative work quality, profitability, and team satisfaction.

A snapshot of what you'll do:

  • Manage and execute assigned projects across integrated production platforms, from strategy stage through to final dispatch (including the management of the full editing process for video content across digital and social formats). 
  • Set up video shoots in studio and remotely by managing production through stages to completion.
  • Ensure project plans for each brief by combining timings from relevant channel specific producers and partner agencies, where relevant. Ensures the communication of all project plans to clients and assures alignment with client processes.
  • Oversees financial management of all assigned production projects.
  • Consults and provides alternative options in situations where there are challenges from a timings or delivery standpoint across various projects across the team. 
  • Works closely with all of the channel specific production arms including external suppliers to assure delivery of output.
  • Provide guidance and support to more junior members of the team regarding effective and efficient project delivery.
  • Provide a highly responsive level of client service, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Your ideal experience:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a Project Management or Production role in an agency environment.
  • Strong relationship building and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Process driven, financially accountable, business savvy and solutions focused.
  • Knowledge of integrated production disciplines - Content, event, digital & print.
  • Experience managing media schedules and MI documentation.
  • A genuine passion for good ideas and outputs.

Salary: $125,000 to $140,000 including super
