The Opportunity:

M&C Saatchi Melbourne is currently looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead a number of key clients on a 12 month fixed-term contract.

A Senior Account Manager in M&C Agency’s Account Management team is responsible for managing client projects from brief to completion, with financial accountability for those projects under their remit. 

They will work closely with junior members of the team, and assist in driving opportunity and revenue across the client portfolio. With responsibility for solving clients’ business problems, they will work closely with Strategy, Creative and Production teams. 

A snapshot of what you'll do:

  • Management of fully integrated campaigns leveraging all disciplines including advertising, CRM and digital communications 
  • Lead projects and oversees management of timelines, WIPs, job numbers and estimates 
  • Organize project resources, ensuring tasks are completed within scope and timings and budget
  • Collate and review measurement, monitoring and tracking for post-campaign analysis
  • Support to senior team members when required
  • Act as mentor to the junior members of the Account Management team, setting a positive example for team behaviour, learning and collaboration
  • Help identify opportunities to both improve profitability and grow client business

  • An influencer – able to take people on a journey, to achieve buy-in across critical issues

Your ideal experience:

  • Previous experience working as a Senior Account Manager, ideally within a creative agency environment
  • Knowledge of Advertising: TV, radio, print production, sponsorships & other emerging media including digital; web, email, mobile 
  • Proven experience managing integrated campaigns and communications projects
