Project Coordinator

About you

We’re looking for someone proactive, organised and confident working in a time-sensitive construction environment.

You will bring:

• Previous experience in a Project Administration, Document Control, Contract Administrator support or construction administration role.
• Experience within construction, engineering or property (highly regarded).
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-focused approach.
• Strong systems skills and project management platforms (e.g. Procore, Jobpac – desirable).

The Role

• Based onsite, you’ll work closely with the Project Manager, Site Manager and the broader delivery team, you will provide day-to-day administrative and project coordination support across live construction projects.
• Provide guidance and support to the project team in delivering sustainability and certification outcomes across the project.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support projects through relevant assessment and compliance processes.
• Assist teams with planning key milestones and timelines, tracking progress, and helping ensure deliverables are met.
• Maintain accurate and organised project documentation, ensuring consistency and accessibility.
• Contribute to the development of tools, resources, and processes that support sustainable project delivery.
• Support the preparation, review, and coordination of technical and project-related documentation.
