We are looking for a Business Process Specialist to join us on an initial 12-month contract (potential for extension/permanent employment) to document existing workflow and procedures, to ensure consistency, productivity and quality throughout the business.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing workflows and processes in different roles within the business.
- Analyse data and gather feedback from stakeholders to understand gaps & requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, supervisors, and employees, to develop consistent and efficient workflows and processes.
- Create detailed documentation outlining step-by-step procedures and guidelines for each role.
- Ensure alignment with industry best practices, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Present findings, recommendations, and progress updates to management and relevant stakeholders.
About you:
- Proven experience in process improvement, workflow design, or business process analysis, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction project management principles, methodologies, and industry best practices is preferred but not essential.
- Familiarity with process mapping and improvement tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
