  • Build strong partnerships with every business division to ensure best-practice compliance and deliver clear, value-adding reports across the McNab Group.
  • Drive continuous improvement – automate tax, credit-card and reconciliation workflows via ERP queries & Power BI; document SOPs and upskill the wider finance team.

About you

  • Technical Proficiency in Australian FBT, GST, and PAYG legislation (CPA/CA qualified or in final stages).
  • Experience with construction-focused ERPs highly regarded.
  • Foreign Exchange accounting and multi-currency transaction fundamentals.
  • Strong data capability: Advanced Excel, Power Query.
  • A collaborative style that builds legendary relationships across finance and operations.
  • A proactive, commercially minded approach – you’re always looking for margin opportunities.
