Supplyhaus: Construction supply, reimagined.

About Supplyhaus

Supplyhaus, backed by the McNab Group, is reimaging construction supply. We specialise in supplying and installing leading façade, joinery and steel solutions and providing high quality building products, with builder expertise.

About the role

Join Queensland’s fastest-growing façade company with a stellar reputation for delivering exceptional glazing and façade solutions. This is a unique opportunity to join us at the ground floor and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our growing business.

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Supplyhaus Facades team as we expand and grow. This role works very closely with our Project Manager’s to support the successful execution of projects. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in our growing business while coordinating facade projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will gain valuable knowledge across contract management, procurement, financial management, material and installation coordination.

This role will see you undertake the following responsibilities:

  • Support safety-first culture across all projects, ensuring subcontractors meet McNab’s HSEQ standards and safety is prioritised from design to install.
  • Provide high-level project delivery support from contract to completion, assisting PMs with planning, coordination, and execution across multiple façade projects.
  • Assist in contract administration, including preparation of head contract documents, RFIs, variations, payment claims and subcontractor agreements.
  • Coordinate procurement and tender processes, including scope development, reviewing submissions and supporting contract negotiations with suppliers.
  • Monitor project budgets and cashflow, supporting the CA with cost tracking, forecasting and invoice management using Jobpac.
  • Manage project documentation and drawings, ensuring compliance with contract requirements through Procore and other tools.
  • Oversee material coordination and tracking, including sequencing, deliveries, and supplier liaison both locally and offshore.
  • Support quality assurance processes, assisting with ITP reviews, defect tracking, and ensuring supplier compliance with standards.
  • Foster clear and regular communication, engaging with internal teams, suppliers (local and offshore) and subcontractors to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, helping evolve façade systems, processes, and documentation within the Supplyhaus business.

About you

We are seeking someone who is eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment while having fun and contributing to team morale. In addition, we are seeking the following:

  • Previous experience in a support role within facades, or similar
  • Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar (or working towards) would be advantageous
  • Confident in reading construction drawings and programs
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to prioritise various tasks across multiple projects
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Eager to learn, contribute to the team, and grow your career in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience using Jobpac and Procore would be well regarded
