Traineeship - Early Childhood Educator

Venture Education are offering a traineeship opportunity. This traineeship offers the perfect opportunity to gain hands-on experience while completing a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.

As a Childcare Trainee, you will work across multiple early learning services, supported by experienced educators and mentors. You’ll earn while you learn, developing the practical skills and knowledge needed to support children’s learning, wellbeing, and development in safe, inclusive, and engaging environments.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support educators to deliver age‑appropriate, play‑based learning experiences
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming learning environment
• Build positive and respectful relationships with children, families, and team members
• Observe, document, and reflect on children’s learning and development (with guidance)
• Participate in structured training, mentoring, and professional development
• Rotate across different service locations to gain broad industry experience
