This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on industry experience while completing a nationally recognised qualification through a Group Training Organisation (GTO) model. You will be placed with host employers across a variety of high-demand sectors, including defence, water infrastructure, utilities, civil, and maritime industries.

About the Role:

• Participating in formal training to achieve a nationally recognised qualification
• Preparing metal surfaces using abrasive blasting techniques
• Applying industrial paints and protective coatings
• Operating specialised tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Adhering to all workplace health, safety, and quality standards
• Working collaboratively as part of a team to meet production and project timelines
