This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across all aspects of the painting industry while working alongside our experienced tradespeople.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing interior and exterior surfaces of commercial buildings, ensure durable, high-quality, and safe applications using tools like sprayers, rollers, and scaffolding, while adhering to safety regulations. 

Key Attributes:

• Demonstrated attention to detail and dedication to producing high-quality workmanship
• Capability to operate effectively both independently and within a team environment
• Strong communication skills coupled with proven customer service experience
• Possession of a valid driver’s licence is preferred, though not required.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and organised workspace
• Compliance with all company policies, safety procedures, and industry regulations

Position Details:

• Permanent, full-time role
• 38-hour work week
• Based in Maitland, with periodic travel required
• Award hourly rates are offered, together with all applicable entitlements including penalty rates, overtime, allowances, and superannuation
