You will lead and inspire regional teams, ensure contractual compliance, and strengthen partnerships with government, employers, and training providers.

This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role that balances high-level business development, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership to state-based teams across TAS and VIC

  • Foster a high-performing and positive team culture
  • Lead business development initiatives and identify new revenue opportunities
  • Ensure contractual compliance, quality assurance and continuous improvement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, employers and RTOs
  • Represent Mas National and IntoWork Group at key forums and industry events

About You

You are a passionate and experienced leader with a track record of driving performance, managing diverse teams, and delivering on complex contracts. You bring a proactive, people-first approach and are motivated by making a difference in the lives of individuals and communities.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to lead through change and foster team growth
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Management or a related discipline (desirable)
  • A current Driver's Licence, National Police Check, and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

Why Join Us?

  • Work for a values-driven, not-for-profit organisation making a real impact
