About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Administrative Officer to join our growing team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for candidates looking to progress their career in legal administration or those starting at the ground level and building their skills from the bottom up.
You will provide administrative support to five Solicitors and assist with the smooth daily operation of our offices. The position is based across Adelaide, Melrose Park, and Mount Barker, and you may be required to work across these locations as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Solicitors
- Manage general office administration and daily operations
- Coordinate phone, email, and client communications
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Maintain organised office systems and workflows
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Support efficient operations across multiple office locations
About You:
- Interest or experience in administration or legal support
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organisation and time-management abilities
- High attention to detail and respect for confidentiality
- Confidence using office software and systems
- Experience with LEAP (highly regarded)
- Knowledge of conveyancing and proficiency in PEXA (significant advantage)
- Previous experience in a law firm (advantageous but not essential)
- Relevant qualifications in Business or Legal Administration (desirable but not mandatory)
